Terms of use
Agreement
These terms apply when you use Earn, made by GRYD AS, Norway. They add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement wins.
What Earn is
Earn helps you limit your own screen time. Apps you choose stay locked until you earn minutes with exercise or steps. You set it up for yourself, on your own iPhone. It is not parental control.
Exercise safely
Exercise only within your own limits, on a safe surface and with space around you. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness. Ask a doctor before you start if you have a health condition. Earn is not medical or training advice, and counts from the camera may sometimes be wrong.
Screen Time
Earn relies on Apple’s Screen Time. Locks may sometimes apply late or not at all, and Apple may change how Screen Time works. You can remove Earn’s access at any time in iOS Settings. Loosening your own rules waits until midnight. That is the point.
Purchases
Earn sells nothing today. If purchases are added, their price and terms will be shown in the app before you buy, and Apple will handle payment and refunds.
Use
Use Earn for your own lawful purposes. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
The app as it is
We work to keep Earn reliable, but we provide it as it is. Features may change. To the extent the law allows, GRYD AS is not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Norwegian law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Norwegian law applies. Questions go to support@gryd.no.
